Poppy knows the South Shore market, Norwell and the abutting towns especially, and aggressively worked for making the sale, which occurred within a month of the house going on the market. Even though she didn't end up landing the final sale, all of the intensive marketing leading up to it was certainly to her credit. And, because this was an "as is" house needing some repairs, I'd say this was a job well done.

Poppy really knows her stuff & is such a pleasure to work with on both but & sell side! She gave us great ideas for staging our home & even loaned us a duvet cover, which photographed better than the one we had.

Poppy was wonderful to work with in both the (extremely quick!) sale of our previous home, and with finding us a new home. She is detail-oriented, responsive to any and all needs, and really tailored what we looked at to our personalities. We have never had a better experience with a realtor before.
